Customs, Duties & Taxes

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Edori Personal Care Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
