Thickening Duo

Enriched with nourishing olive oil, fortifying rice water, and plant proteins, this duo hydrates, restores elasticity, and strengthens hair, resulting in enhanced strength, smoothness, and resilience.

Shampoo: Apply to wet hair. Massage gently into the scalp and through lengths to build a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed.

Conditioner: After shampooing, apply to damp hair, focusing on mid lengths and ends. Leave on for 1 to 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Shampoo: Water (Aqua), sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium chloride, glycerin, polyquaternium-7, fragrance, sodium benzoate, citric acid, polyquaternium-6, guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, panthenol, hydrolyzed jojoba esters, hydrolyzed rice protein, butylene glycol, oryza sativa (rice) extract, glycine max (soybean) extract, daucus carota (carrot) root extract, chenopodium quinoa seed extract, panax ginseng root extract.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Canadian orders, applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders sent to incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is received.To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact info@edori.ca for authorization before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will review the issue and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable ItemsFor hygiene reasons, personal care products, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Order Changes or CancellationOrders can only be modified or cancelled before they are shipped.
