We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Returns received without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. A return shipping label will be provided only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, or where required by law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene items (such as beauty products)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or final sale items

Any item marked Final Sale will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, in accordance with Quebec consumer protection laws.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear

Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@edori.ca.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.


International Orders (Including United States)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@edori.ca before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may delay resolution and are subject to review under this policy.


Quebec Consumer Rights Notice

For customers residing in Quebec, this policy does not limit or replace rights granted under the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec).

In the event of a conflict between this policy and Quebec law, Quebec law will prevail.
